The Return of Investment for this project
1. After obtaining the Grenada passport, the main applicant can approach the third party financial institution (recommended by Heng Sheng Group) to pledge their share certificate at a maximum amount of $82,000 This is what is referred to as the Share Pledge Option
2. The main applicant can also wait for a duration of five (5) years permitting his/her shares to mature and then resell to another potential investor. This option is what we call the Re-sell Option. Beyond all these, the investment is zero risk, in the sense that Heng Sheng Group purchased the entire resort land mass for $35,000,000. And evidence of the deed of conveyance and other supporting documents are readily available.
